What would you do? • This role involves a deeper understanding of Employee and Organization Data Management processes and leveraging expertise to solve workforce management related issues. The role also includes training and developing team functional knowledge, administering satisfaction surveys, and providing general support and communication to client employees. • Relevant years of HR experience. • Workforce Administration experience including job changes, employee exits, leave of absence, and related transactions is required. • HR domain certification is an advantage. • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. • Knowledge of Workday modules. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. • Self driven and proactive approach. • Flexibility to work in shifts. • Results and target oriented mindset. • Multicultural awareness. • Client interfacing skills including email communication, email drafting, keyboard proficiency, and professional phone etiquette.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per business rules while acting as a subject matter expert. • Execute processes accurately and timely as a hands on processor. • Master the assigned process and support team members in resolving process related queries. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues or problems. • Pay close attention to the quality of written and verbal English communication within the team. • Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules for activities or project segments. • Ensure local work instructions are followed, updated regularly, and communicated effectively to team members. • Ensure process controls are in place and maintain, validate, and update process documentation to meet compliance requirements. • Perform root cause analysis on issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Propose process improvement ideas that reduce effort, improve accuracy, or strengthen controls. • Participate in knowledge transfer activities and acquire in depth process expertise as a subject matter expert. • Participate in internal and client initiatives related to process improvement. • Maintain a clear understanding of process performance metrics, how they are measured, and improve measurement effectiveness and transparency. • Plan proper allocation of work. • Support Team Lead and Manager with daily statistics, reporting, and management operating system activities. • Provide team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of responsibilities. • Remain available throughout the day to resolve process related issues. • Participate in team building activities. • Complete training needs analysis through quality reports and knowledge assessments. • Create effective quality control and audit mechanisms to ensure SLA compliance. • Assist in training and educating HR Operations personnel on process knowledge and acquired skills.
