Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Temporary) to support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for a wide range of engineering and professional positions. This role will support high‑volume and specialized hiring needs in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer end‑to‑end staffing and recruiting processes
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and support approved requisitions
• Identify, evaluate, and leverage appropriate recruiting channels, including internal postings, agencies, and external platforms
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while building and maintaining a strong, sustainable talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with recruiting agencies and external vendors
• Support recruiting activities by participating in online and offline job fairs and recruiting events as needed
• Maintain and review recruiting data and metrics to monitor hiring progress, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting and analysis of recruiting activities
• Support onboarding operations and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting diverse engineering roles in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred
• Experience working in a global or multinational company preferred
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Full‑time, Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Dongtan)
