HR / Senior HR Executive (5-Month Maternity Cover)

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented HR / Senior HR Executive to support HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle administration and HR process improvements during a 5-month maternity cover assignment. The role also provides HR support for our Malaysia and Philippines operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee movements, contracts, offboarding, benefits and employee records.

HR Governance & Compliance: Support HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, audits and compliance with statutory requirements.

Recruitment & Work Passes: Support recruitment governance, background screening, work pass applications, renewals and related documentation.

Payroll & Statutory Matters: Provide payroll backup, validate payroll data and support compliance with CPF, IRAS and MOM requirements.

HR Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate HR data, improve workflows and support HR digitalisation initiatives.

Regional HR Support: Coordinate HR administration for Malaysia and the Philippines, including timesheets and employee documentation.

General HR Support: Assist with leave administration, training, employee engagement and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of relevant HR operations experience.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, MOM, CPF and IRAS requirements.

Experience in HR systems, payroll administration, HR policies and compliance processes.

Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

Able to work independently, multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience supporting Malaysia and/or Philippines HR operations is an advantage.
