As a Hotel Director of Sales, you’ll shape market strategy, build lasting client partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving business growth and mentoring others.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Relationships

• Drive new business partnerships and strengthen client relationships to maximize bookings and revenue.
• Sell hotel rooms and meeting spaces through proactive outreach, proposals, site tours, and follow-ups.
• Identify emerging opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and inspire a talented sales team (Group Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, and Admin).
• Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve ambitious goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster accountability and success.

Strategy & Market Insight

• Analyze local market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize positioning.
• Leverage CRM tools and industry reports to track performance and drive results.

Collaboration & Planning

• Partner with other departments and Drury teams to grow business across multiple properties.
• Support budgeting and revenue planning initiatives.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver professional, personalized service to clients and guests.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–10 years in sales (hospitality preferred), including 1–5 years in leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, or related field).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and computer proficiency. Ability to travel and make in-person sales calls.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, drive results, and create a winning culture.
