Position Summary: Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a key member of our HOA Maintenance Department for the role of Client Representative based out of our Clackamas location. The Client Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of HOA/commercial properties, bidding and selling enhancement projects and new maintenance accounts, and managing client relationships.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts on Eastside locations to grow existing book of business.
- Make at minimum one site visit per month to each account.
- Set up monthly meeting onsite with your contact(s) for HOA accounts. Update site contacts monthly at minimum.
- Monitor irrigation on sites, adjust clocks if needed, report repairs needed.
- Monitor health of Turf, shrubs and trees on all accounts and schedule techs as needed.
- Complete work orders as needed and provide proposals to clients.
- Complete periodic LQAs through Aspire.
- Recommend enhancements and provide proposals to clients to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Complete all paperwork daily, turn in receipts and billings.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor on coordinating crews & equipment, reporting major issues to Department Manager, assisting with timecard review, and monitoring accounts for quality control.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in a commercial/HOA setting.
- Degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience and knowledge of irrigation systems, PNW plant identification, plant insect & disease diagnosis.
- Experience with Aspire software preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to walk through client’s property, through all types of terrain.
- Able to drive company assigned vehicle with occasional trailer.
Position Range: $95,0000 - $115,000 per year
This position is base salary plus commission for each closed work order/ enhancement or maintenance account sale.
This is a full-time position with flexible Monday-Friday work schedule.
