We are searching for the best talent for Hematology Sales Representative to be in Ciudad de México.
Purpose of the Role
The Hematology Sales Representative is a senior individual contributor responsible for representing the Hematology sales organization within the assigned geographic area.
This role supports the development and execution of the sales strategy for our products, identifies market opportunities, and builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to influence treatment decisions and drive product demand. The position requires effective management of both government and private accounts, along with strong product and disease-area knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze sales data for assigned Hematology products within the designated geographic area.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product, therapeutic area, and related diseases to conduct compliant and meaningful clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Execute sales strategies and account-specific plans across government and private institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within the market to support sales growth and product demand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate account plans and selling strategies.
- Deliver approved branded sales messages to customers.
- Capture and communicate relevant customer insights and market trends to internal colleagues and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, newly converted customers, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor market conditions, industry competitors, and new products relevant to the assigned territory.
- Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in appropriate condition and use them effectively to support territory objectives.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team while maintaining fluid and effective communication.
- Demonstrate a strong execution mindset, focus on patients, and alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Candidates from different academic backgrounds may be considered, provided they demonstrate strong sales capabilities.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience managing both government and private-sector accounts.
- Experience working with high-specialty products or molecules.
- Preferred experience in Hematology. Other therapeutic areas may also be considered.
- Ability to develop strong product and disease-area knowledge.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Safe Fleet Requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:
