What We Offer

Position Purpose:

Ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations for the UVR business by developing and executing integrated supply plans across a production facility in Taiwan, multiple toll manufacturers, and a global distribution network serving all three regions. Lead and develop the operational planning team to optimize inventory levels, balance supply and demand, and guarantee reliable product availability in alignment with business strategy and customer lead-time commitments.

Major Tasks:

To generate a total supply plan for each product group and for each manufacturing site which meets the demand plan and the inventory plan for the planning horizon (24 months), and which is compliant with customer lead-times

• Execute the E2E (end-to-end) Supply Planner function. This includes planning outside the short-term time fence, monthly cleaning of data at start of each month, and preparing Supply data for monthly Supply Team meeting.

• Define, monitor and optimize operational stocks of finished goods in line with the business strategy and report monthly.

• Responsible for determination and communication of Product Strategies (MTO-MTS/MTF) and lead times.

• Responsible for Raw Material coordination and availability of raw materials - Responsible to include all dependent demands of non-CA (Coating & Adhesive) BEs or Tollers in the supply plan and align proposals to the respective GPM function on options/scenarios.

• Responsible for scenario making with option development and appropriate escalations.

• Lead discussion with Sales & Business team regarding new sales opportunities and simulations on how to handle.

• Lead, coach and develop the operational planning team (3 FTE) consisting of, production planners / detailed schedulers and supply coordinators and provides training and knowledge transfer.

Value added: 

Safeguard supply for the high margin CA (Coating & Adhesive) business in line with business expectation for RU UVR (UV Resin).  Acting in-line with the BE (Business Entity) CA (Coating & Adhesive) E2E SC Strategy to meet the expected reliability and availability and to sustain and grow the CA value proposition. Manage Production and Inventory planning at one Production Site, Contract manufacturers and Tollers. Globally monitor Supply and Demand Balance across one Production Location globally, incl. operating working capital #

What You Offer

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or Master degree  >5 year of professional experience in production, SC (Supply Chain), consulting or function with multiple interfaces and interdependencies.

• Background in supply chain, e.g. S&OP, logistics, management concepts, optimization/lean programs, management models and procurement.

• Operate within total work systems and managing through systems.

• Track record of performance and first insights to managing and leading people (e.g. in projects).

• Proven ability to drive for results and to achieve goals.

• Experience to manage across interfaces.

• Very good communication, presentation skills and conflict management skills.

• Capable of working well with people across all hierarchies.

• Business acumen, business insight.

• English skills are business fluent, both written and spoken.
