Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager to own the overall growth strategy and business outcomes for our merchant-user ecosystem. The role will drive the journey from new user → activation → engagement → retention → power user, translating merchant insights into propositions, campaigns, and scalable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall user growth strategy, with accountability for active users, engagement, transactions, and incremental business outcomes.
- Define and drive the end-to-end user lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Translate merchant behaviour, customer insights, and data into compelling propositions, gratification constructs, campaigns, and growth interventions.
- Lead integrated execution across CLM, Product, Marketing, Social, Influencer, Regional, and Finance teams.
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across user cohorts, lifecycle stages, app journeys, campaigns, offers, and engagement levers.
- Drive continuous experimentation and optimisation to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction frequency.
- Own senior stakeholder reviews, including performance narratives, key risks, business decisions, and forward-looking growth plans.
- Build a strong operating rhythm across teams, ensuring clear ownership, prioritisation, execution quality, and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor growth leaders/teams while ensuring an integrated roadmap and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Profile
- 10–12 years of experience in consumer internet, fintech, payments, e-commerce, marketplaces, or other high-scale consumer businesses.
- Strong track record of owning growth/business outcomes at scale.
- Deep expertise across consumer growth, lifecycle/CLM, engagement, retention, campaigns, propositions, and experimentation.
- Strong analytical and commercial orientation with experience managing budgets/P&L and ROI-driven growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate customer/merchant insights into scalable growth programs.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
