Key Responsibilities 

• Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.   

• System Configuration & Customization: Configure and maintain SAP modules PP, MM, QM, PM, SD, WM/EWM to meet evolving business requirements. 

• Project Implementation: Lead or actively participate in full-lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting and design to testing and go-live.  

• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose complex system issues, provide root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions to minimize system downtime. 

• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with other SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the enterprise. 

• User Training & Enablement: Create detailed documentation, user manuals, and deliver training sessions to key business users. 

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline business processes and leverage new SAP functionalities (e.g., Fiori apps, automation). 

• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.  

• Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.  

• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
