The job
Working closely with Content Strategy, Regional Marketing, Communications, Portfolio Marketing, Demand Generation, Event Logistics, and Special Programmes, you'll act as a trusted advisor on content delivery best practices, stakeholder management, session planning, and event readiness.
You will support the delivery of content across AVEVA's flagship event, AVEVA World, as well as key regional and third-party events globally.

- Guide stakeholders on session development, content structure, storytelling, and presentation best practices.
- Coordinate agenda management, content collection, session planning, and event platform administration.
- Work closely with logistics, production, AV, IT, and event operations teams to ensure content requirements are delivered successfully.
- Maintain accurate event information, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking throughout the event lifecycle.
- Support onsite content operations, including speaker management, content reviews, production coordination, and final readiness checks.
Stakeholder & Speaker Management
- Partner with track owners, event teams, agencies, communications teams, and production partners to keep content delivery on track.
- Support speakers throughout onboarding, rehearsals, registration, approvals, and event preparation.
- Ensure speaker agreements, content approvals, and event registrations are completed on time.
- Promote speaker best practices to help create engaging, high-quality sessions.
Quality Assurance & Governance
- Review agendas, session information, websites, and presentation materials for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and event standards.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and governance processes across content management systems and event platforms.

- Produce pre- and post-event reporting, including speaker, session, and attendee insights.
- Analyse feedback from speakers, stakeholders, and attendees to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage content repositories, reusable assets, templates, and best-practice resources.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of scalable content delivery processes for future events.
Essential requirements
- 2-3 years' experience supporting conferences, events, meetings, or content programmes.
- Experience working with speakers, presenters, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event technology platforms.
- Experience using content management systems, speaker management tools, or event platforms.
- Understanding of conference agenda management and content workflows.
