FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Global CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (remote).

This role owns everything we say to a client between the moment they first raise their hand and the moment they place their first trade. You will design, build, send and continuously improve every automated and campaign communication across four funnel stages — Lead, Registration, First Time Deposit and First Time Trade — using email and WhatsApp, built and run in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on build-and-send role rather than a strategy role: you will have the support of content, creative and analytics teams, but the journeys are yours to build, and each stage carries a conversion rate that is yours to move.

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

Journey design & automation — Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Own the design, build and optimisation of automated journeys across all four funnel stages
• Manage audience, segmentation, entry and suppression logic
• Rationalise existing automations and maintain a documented, auditable journey estate

Email execution

• Build, QA and deploy automated and campaign email communications
• Own templates and modular content to enable scalable regional localisation
• Manage deliverability, consent, preferences and list hygiene

WhatsApp execution

• Own WhatsApp marketing end to end, from opt-in and template approval to sequencing and frequency management
• Use data to determine channel allocation and optimise engagement
• Manage channel costs, forecasting and provider relationships

Optimisation & measurement

• Lead continuous testing across messaging, timing, channels, sequencing and offers
• Partner with Analytics to measure performance through to funded account and first trade
• Report on funnel conversion and explain key performance movements

Compliance

• Embed jurisdictional and regulatory requirements into journey design
• Partner with Compliance on efficient approvals and maintain a clear communications audit trail

Candidate profile:

• Proven hands-on experience building multi-step nurture journeys and automated flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You must be able to demonstrate what you have personally built; applications without clear hands-on SFMC experience cannot be progressed
• Strong practical experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions and SQL for segmentation. AMPscript is an advantage; for Marketing Cloud Next, experience with Data Cloud, identity resolution and Flow is relevant
• Demonstrable experience running WhatsApp as a marketing channel, including opt-ins, template approvals and the 24-hour service window. Email-only experience is not sufficient
• Experience owning conversion performance, with clear examples of baseline results, changes made and measurable outcomes
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability, consent and data-protection requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Comfortable writing automated-message copy and briefing creative where needed
• Fluent English, written and spoken
