Your job

You connect business ambition with technology execution by translating complex needs into clear functional designs and solution options. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you help shape customer-centric solutions that drive measurable impact.

You act as a trusted functional advisor throughout the delivery lifecycle, communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and supporting informed decision-making. You contribute actively to delivery by validating solutions, supporting go-lives and enabling user adoption.

Operating at the heart of customer technology, you stay curious about emerging trends such as AI and agentic AI and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and capability building within the team.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, digital delivery or functional roles bridging business and technology
• Experience contributing to digital, customer or technology-driven transformation programmes
• Strong background in functional analysis, process design, customer journeys and current- or future-state assessments
• Ability to lead a functional workstream within a broader project scope
• Comfortable working with customer and digital customer experience technologies
• Experience with Adobe, Salesforce,or similar platforms is a strong plus; interest in these technologies is a must
• Curiosity and affinity with emerging technologies, including AI and agentic AI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structuring skills
• Proven communication, presentation and storytelling skills; confident facilitating meetings and workshops
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable and fast-learning attitude
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Former business school students or MBA students
• Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch or French
