Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of backend development frameworks and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
