Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven FSE Hiring Lead to manage large-scale, off-roll hiring of Field Sales Executives for Paytm. This role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, vendor management, and rapid team scaling across multiple geographies. The incumbent will own hiring delivery through external partners and ensure consistent supply of quality frontline sales talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end bulk hiring of off-roll Field Sales Executives across PAN India
Own the complete employee lifecycle of Field Sales Executives—from sourcing, hiring, and onboarding to engagement, performance support, employee relations, and exit management.
Act as an HR Business Partner to the Sales function, partnering with business leaders to address people-related priorities and drive workforce effectiveness.
Drive hiring through multiple vendors, staffing agencies, and channel partners
Build and manage a high-volume hiring engine (walk-ins, field drives, job camps, local activations)
Partner with Sales leadership and manpower planning teams to forecast demand
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met with speed and quality
Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and cost efficiency
Own offer rollout, joining conversion, and onboarding coordination
Reduce early attrition (first 30–60 days) through better screening and alignment
Track and publish real-time dashboards on hiring funnel metrics
Ensure compliance with off-roll hiring norms, documentation, and audits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in mass hiring (500+ hires/month preferred)
Strong background in off-roll / third-party payroll hiring models
Deep understanding of Field Sales Executive hiring (feet-on-street roles)
Expertise in vendor management and performance tracking
Ability to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Strong grip on local hiring markets and blue-collar / entry-level talent pools
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for fintech, telecom, NBFC, or high-volume sales organizations
Familiarity with hiring dashboards, ATS tools, and data-driven decision-making
