Nuitée is hiring a Flight Analyst to own the financial accuracy of our Flights business.

A single flight booking touches an airline, a GDS, a supplier, Nuitée's own platform, and the customer — each with its own record of what was charged. You'll be the person who makes sure those numbers agree: tracing bookings from the raw PNR and ticketing data through to the supplier invoice and the customer charge, catching mismatches, figuring out why they happened, and making sure Finance always has clean, trustworthy data to work from.

This isn't a traditional accounting role. You'll sit at the intersection of Flights, Finance, Data and Engineering; and as you build real expertise in how flight pricing works, the role will grow from reconciliation into margin analysis and pricing strategy.

Flights is one of Nuitée's fastest-growing pillars: the product, integrations (GDS, low-cost carriers, NDC), and 50+ customers are already in place, and this role exists to make sure the financial controls scale with it. Nuitée has grown significantly since 2022 and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel.

The kind of problems you'll work on:

• Why doesn't this supplier's invoice match what we actually booked?
• Is this a one-off pricing error, or a systematic issue running across thousands of bookings?
• What's really driving the margin on this route or this supplier,  and how do we improve it?
• How do we automate reconciliation so it scales without needing more people to do it manually?

This role fits someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in the airline, flight distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS or related travel industry
• Understands how airline bookings and ticketing work; PNRs, tickets, fares, taxes, commissions, GDS processes
• Understands airline pricing concepts: published vs. private/net fares, markups, commissions
• Has strong SQL skills and is comfortable reconciling large datasets; BigQuery or similar warehouse experience
• Has experience with Looker Studio or a similar BI tool, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Has excellent attention to detail; comfortable tracing a discrepancy down to a single booking
• Has strong written and spoken English, and is comfortable working across Finance, Product, Engineering and external partners

Bonus if you've worked with GDS platforms, airline consolidators, or have hands-on experience with airline settlement/reconciliation processes or flight financial accounting.

You will do well here if you genuinely enjoy finding the reason two numbers that should match don't, and you're comfortable moving between a supplier invoice, a SQL query, a PNR and an internal ledger until you understand exactly what happened.

This is less suited to someone who wants a purely accounting-style role with no data work, or who needs the role's scope fixed from day one — this one is expected to expand as you grow into it.
