Fitness Instructor – Reformer Pilates & Personal Training

What You Will Be Responsible For

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Instructor – Reformer Pilates & Personal Training to join our Fitness Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional private Reformer Pilates instruction while also providing professional personal training services within our fitness facility. This role requires a strong commitment to guest engagement, wellness, and service excellence, ensuring every member and guest enjoys a motivating, safe, and personalized fitness experience.

The position will involve conducting private 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions, personal training appointments, group fitness classes where qualified, assisting with fitness facility operations, and actively promoting health and wellness services throughout the club.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality private 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to individual member and guest goals.
• Conduct personal training sessions and develop bespoke fitness programmes based on clients' needs, abilities, and objectives.
• Lead group fitness classes where qualified, including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Mobility, Stretching, Functional Training, or other relevant fitness disciplines.
• Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist members and guests with all inquiries related to club and hotel services.
• Provide gym inductions, fitness assessments, and exercise guidance to members and guests.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment within both the movement studio and fitness centre.
• Actively promote and upsell personal training, Reformer Pilates sessions, group fitness classes, and wellness services through regular member interaction.
• Assist with booking fitness and wellness appointments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide fitness shift coverage as scheduled by the Health Club Manager to satisfy member and guest demand and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Complete all fitness instruction billing in accordance with Four Seasons accounting procedures and department processes.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of all fitness and Pilates equipment.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Female Fitness Instructor preferred to support current operational and guest requirements.
• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor required.
• STOTT Pilates certification preferred; candidates holding equivalent internationally recognised Reformer Pilates qualifications will also be considered.
• Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognised fitness organisation.
• Additional certifications in Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Mobility, Stretching, Functional Training, or other group exercise disciplines are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Reformer Pilates and personal training services.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to confidently instruct and engage with international members and guests.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise programming.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and promote wellness services.
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering luxury-level guest experiences.
