Responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. Assist Director of Revenue with Revenue Management activities of the Resort to achieve budgeted goals; understanding and applying the principles of occupancy and rate to achieve maximum yield. This role is part of the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director & Director of Rooms Division.
What You Will Do
Manage the day to day operation of the reservations department (function as resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling).
What You Will Bring
• Minimum of Two Years’ Experience in a rooms division management capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization, preferably Reservations.
• Comprehensive computer and analytical skills, superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
• Proven success in a previous rooms division management position required, ability to manage multiple tasks, improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.
What To Expect
• Full time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
