Job Summary

Analyzes financial data to support decision-making processes. Prepares reports and forecasts to guide business strategies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Review and interpret performance for trends and variations delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis to translate these into actionable responses on business performance within Manufacturing area.
• Analyse key drivers/ reports of business performance, including monthly and quarterly results and variance analysis, revise projections as appropriate, prepare forward looking insights and scenarios
• Drive the planning processes for Target setting, deployment and forecast and support the long-term strategic plan.
• Partners with business leaders to provide input and guidance on business issues and to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting business performance.
• Accurately & efficiently perform management accounting, support monthly/ quarterly close process.
• Understand and Manage aspects of risk management- regulatory impact etc. on the business and help ensure the business is best positioned to respond.
• Work with IT to digitalize, automate processes, self-service reporting and improvement & simplification in SAC.

Critical Experiences
• Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential to provide a strong foundation in financial principles and analytical skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, or related roles, demonstrating proficiency in performance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is highly recommended to validate expertise in financial analysis and accounting standards, ensuring credibility and compliance in financial management.
