As a Finance Manager specializing in Oracle Finance, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to manage financial processes using Oracle Financials, an integrated financial management system that includes tools for managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes
- Managing client engagements by analyzing client needs and providing tailored software solutions
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle Financials and related tools to enhance financial reporting and compliance
- Overseeing the integration of financial systems to support seamless business operations
- Developing and delivering training sessions to clients for effective utilization of Oracle Financials
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking for financial forecasting and budgeting
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Embracing change and digital tooling for finance transformation
- Developing skills in financial risk management and regulatory compliance
