Job Title: Field Sales Lead

Salary: £46,800 - £55,000 per annum plus commission and car allowance

Hours per week: 35 (flexible working options considered in line with business needs)

Location: Remote role with occasional travel to our Head Office in Leicestershire.

The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our field sales and customer engagement activity, helping to shape and deliver our commercial growth strategy. You’ll build and strengthen relationships with new and existing Training Provider organisations, develop new opportunities and create a strong pipeline for future growth.

You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear targets and KPIs while creating a positive, customer-focused culture. With a strong focus on face-to-face engagement, you’ll bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and turn strategy into measurable financial and relationship outcomes.

 This is a key role in helping us develop and execute our customer engagement rebuild strategy by deepen customer relationships and growing our business to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers and stakeholders.

Membership of, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body is desirable.

Essential criteria

• Understanding financial strategies, including managing budgets, controlling expenditure, interpreting financial reports and understanding approaches to procurement.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade, influence and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy in difficult circumstances
• Driving performance and achieving outcomes by generating commitment and enthusiasm from yourself and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
• Strong experience of delivering marketed services directly to end users.
• Experience of setting short and long-term sales strategies and evaluating effectiveness.
