Key Position Details:
The Plymouth clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 25 member team, including the service line specialties of internal Med, Podiatry, Audiology, Diabetic Educators, Pharm D., Penny George, Rheumatology, Psychology, Mental Health Consultant along with Lab and Xray onsite yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.
We have a very collaborative team with longevity
Onsite café in the building and walking paths for easy access to walk during lunch
36 patient contact hours per week but flexible FTE
Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
Clinic hours are Monday -Friday: 7:00am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday
EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation

Our Plymouth clinic is located in Abbott Northwestern - WestHealth, near freeway access and plenty of free parking. Plymouth is a suburb in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area, the city is about 10 miles west of downtown Minneapolis.

Job Description:
Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.
Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
May participate in peer review and quality assurance
Job Requirements
MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
BLS Tier 1- Basic Life Support -Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range
Pay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
