As our Facility Supervisor in Monterrey, you'll help ensure reliable workplace and technical operations across buildings, utilities and maintenance activities while supporting the LEGO® Group's production environment.

Within Workplace, Sustainability & Operations (WS&O), we're focused on delivering safe, reliable and efficient workplaces that support colleagues and production around the clock. Working across facilities, building systems and maintenance operations, the team helps create great work experiences while ensuring assets perform at their best.

The role connects closely with manufacturing, engineering, project teams and global partners. Together, you'll build, rebuild and inspire continuous improvement by balancing day-to-day operational needs with longer-term maintenance priorities.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across facilities, equipment, utilities and building maintenance activities. 
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans while supporting budget and spare parts control. 
• Guide teams maintaining HVAC, compressed air, water treatment and building management systems. 
• Partner with project managers, shift leaders and technicians to ensure smooth operations. 
• Develop colleagues through coaching, feedback, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in maintenance and installation of HVAC and utility systems. 
• Comfortable leading maintenance activities, budgets, inventories and operational planning. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements, applicable standards and safety practices. 
• English communication skills. 

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with ammonia systems, BMS/EBI monitoring and ASHRAE standards. 
• Experience using SAP, AutoCAD and data analysis to support facility decisions.

This position is based in Monterrey (LOM). Relocation support isn't offered for this role.
