Job Purpose
Fabric Cleaning is the largest business pillar within Home Care Philippines and plays a critical role in delivering sustainable growth across channels. The Fabric Cleaning CSP Assistant Manager will support the development and execution of category and customer growth strategies, with a particular focus on Distributive Trade and emerging/new channels.
The role will act as the bridge between Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure winning category plans are translated into strong in-market execution. The incumbent will help drive category growth, channel strategy deployment, shopper activation excellence, and business performance delivery across the Fabric Cleaning portfolio.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?
1. Support Fabric Cleaning Category Growth
- Support the creation and execution of category growth strategies for Fabric Cleaning across key channels.
- Translate category, shopper, and customer insights into actionable growth opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Development teams to deliver annual business objectives.
- Monitor category, channel, and customer performance and identify growth opportunities and risks.
2. Drive Channel and Customer Strategy Deployment
- Lead CSP initiatives for Distributive Trade and designated new channels.
- Lead CSP initiatives for Distributive Trade and designated new channels.
- Build channel-specific growth plans aligned with category priorities.
- Develop customer propositions and deployment plans that maximize business growth and category leadership.
- Ensure strong execution of prioritized innovation, renovation, and activation programs.
3. Shopper Marketing & Activation Excellence
- Develop channel-specific shopper activation plans that drive conversion and penetration.
- Partner with Shopper Marketing and Customer Development teams to ensure activation effectiveness.
- Measure performance of key activations and recommend optimization actions.
- Support development of channel toolkits and execution standards.
4. Business Performance Management
- Track key KPIs including turnover, market share, distribution, volume, and promotion effectiveness.
- Conduct post-evaluation analyses and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Support monthly business reviews and performance reporting.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve channel productivity and category growth.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
- Coordinate deployment of category plans and ensure alignment across functions.
- Support S&OP and business planning processes by providing channel and category perspectives.
- Foster a one-team mindset and drive strong execution discipline across stakeholders.
6. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen CSP capabilities around category management, shopper understanding, channel strategy, and commercial deployment.
- Champion data-driven decision making through effective use of business performance analytics.
- Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed and execution effectiveness.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in CSP, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Development.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with Category Management, NRM, Shopper Marketing, and Channel Strategy.
