About the Role 

As Executive General Manager, Commercial, you'll lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the Experiences & Attractions division. 

This is a rare opportunity to influence the growth of a portfolio that sits at the heart of the guest journey. You'll drive revenue growth, customer demand and market expansion while helping shape how guests discover, book and experience some of Australia's most unique tourism experiences. 

A key leadership role within the division, you will be working across sales, marketing, pricing, distribution and partnerships, you'll identify growth opportunities, optimise performance and create exceptional commercial outcomes for both our guests and our business.  

Key responsibilities include: 

• Lead the divisional commercial strategy for Experiences & Attractions, driving revenue growth, market share expansion and commercial performance 
• Oversee pricing, yield and revenue optimisation initiatives to maximise profitability, drive sustainable growth and ensure long-term commercial returns. 
• Develop commercial plans in collaboration with key stakeholders,  that align with enterprise priorities, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and capitalise on market opportunities. 
•  Identify new opportunities that strengthen customer relationships, increase market share and grow customer demand ensuring our commercial strategies are operationally sound and financially viable. 
• Lead and develop the capabilities of our high-performing sales, marketing and commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement 

About You 

You're an accomplished commercial leader who knows how to turn strategy into growth. You thrive in customer-focused environments, bring people together around a common vision and have a proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes. 

You'll bring: 

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience with accountability for revenue growth and business performance 
• Proven success developing and executing commercial strategies and solutions within tourism, hospitality, travel or a related customer-focused industry 
• Strong experience across all aspects of sales, marketing, pricing, distribution and customer acquisition 
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes to achieve sustainable growth 
• Outstanding leadership and role model demonstrating proactive and natural stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex or matrix environments
