About the Role

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Growth & Enablement, the Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling leadership effectiveness and operational excellence across a fast-paced, global function. You will serve as a trusted operational partner, strategic communicator, and central coordination point — ensuring priorities, stakeholders, and initiatives move forward with precision and efficiency. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary operational partner to the Global Head of Growth & Enablement, taking full ownership of complex calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and expense processing.
• Anticipate needs and prepare materials for high-visibility meetings and senior leadership engagements, including executive presentations and organizational touchpoints.
• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for meetings, town halls, offsites, and webinars — including venue sourcing, catering, materials preparation, and on-the-day facilitation.
• Manage specific project tasks to support timely delivery of departmental priorities, acting as a central coordination point for Growth & Enablement initiatives.
• Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality, ensuring the Global Head is fully briefed and prepared for all key engagements.
• Collaborate with the broader EA team to support Growth & Enablement initiatives on an ad hoc basis, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates:) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $120,000 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 5+ years of relevant experience in executive or senior administrative support within large, matrixed global organizations.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, executive-ready deliverables independently.
• High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence when managing sensitive information and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com.

Preferred or Helpful Experience

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing operations or corporate communications.

Additional Information

• We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
• Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
