職務概要

Estate Planningエキスパートは、MLJのエキスパートチームの一員として、主に相続・事業承継・死亡給付に関する専門知識を活かし、顧客、募集人（独立代理店含む）、および社内部門を支援する役割を担います。

個別の税務申告や法律判断を行うものではなく、相続準備に関する考え方、留意点、専門家活用の方向性を分かりやすく整理・提供することで、顧客体験および募集品質の向上に貢献します。

主な職責

• 相続・事業承継・死亡給付に関する複雑な内容を、顧客・募集人向けに分かりやすい説明資料、プレゼンテーション、教育コンテンツとして作成
• 募集時における相続準備に関する説明資料の作成（誰に相談すべきか、どのような準備が必要か等）
• 死亡給付金支払い時における、相続発生後の一般的な流れ・留意点の説明支援
• 募集人・独立代理店に対するコンサルテーション支援（相続準備における論点整理、専門家連携の考え方）
• セミナー、研修、ウェビナー等での講演・登壇（募集人、代理店、社内向け）
• 社内部門（商品、マーケティング、営業、引受、法務等）への専門的サポートおよびコンテンツレビュー
• 相続・税制・関連法令の動向を継続的にフォローし、コンテンツへ反映
• 大規模イベント、シンポジウム、外部メディア対応（必要に応じて）

必要なスキル・経験

• 税務・相続・事業承継・保険を含む資産承継分野での実務経験
• 金融機関における相続関連の業務経験があれば尚可
• 専門的な内容を、非専門家にも分かりやすく伝える資料作成・説明力
• プレゼンテーションおよび文章作成能力
• 社内外の関係者と協働できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 最新の税制・制度改正を継続的にキャッチアップする姿勢
