As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. Your work will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Epic software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Epic applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Managing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance healthcare technology solutions
- Collaborating with clients to understand and address business transformation requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
