As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will uphold professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Epic software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Epic applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Collaborating with clients to understand and address their business transformation goals
- Applying business analysis techniques to enhance healthcare technology solutions
- Managing electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve health data analytics
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives within healthcare technology environments
- Developing strategies for implementing technology in public health initiatives
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changes in digital healthcare trends
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management
