As an Epic Systems Support - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will work within our Business Application Consulting practice, specializing in Epic Consulting. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

- Leading Epic software implementation projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions for Epic applications
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration of Epic systems
- Managing client relationships and addressing complex issues related to Epic software
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of digital healthcare initiatives
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business analysis skills to enhance client outcomes
- Overseeing the deployment of healthcare technology solutions and electronic health record management
- Promoting digital transformation and embracing change within client organizations
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills in Epic consulting
- Collaborating with healthcare technology leaders to identify opportunities for business transformation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management
