Requirements

• Overall, 7+ years of IT experience in both functional and domain in implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors & HCM modules.
   

• ·        SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off configuration and support and implementation.
   

• ·        Well versed with all the data models in Employee central and making configurations as per client’s requirement.
   

• ·        Captured business requirement in all EC workbooks and configured in the system.
   

• ·        Suggested workaround to the business for some key processes which are not possible in system.
   

• ·        Have experience in trouble shooting, analyzing and fixing the defects.
   

• ·        Well experienced in all phases of the project, including full life-cycle implementation as well as Production Support.
   

• Worked on EC Cutover and Supported post Go-Live projects for key HR issues and enhancements.
   

·        Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their HR business processes, requirements, and objectives. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather relevant information.
 

·        Solution Design: Design the system configuration and recommend best practices based on the client's requirements. Create functional design documents that outline the proposed solution.
 

·        System Configuration: Configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module based on the agreed-upon design. This involves defining employee data models, job structures, workflows, security settings, and other system parameters.
 

·        Integration: Integrate Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning) or external systems (such as payroll or time and attendance systems). Configure and test integrations to ensure data consistency and smooth data flow.
 

·        Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios and conduct system testing to validate the configured solution. Identify and resolve any issues or defects, ensuring the system functions as intended.
 

·        Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use the Employee Central module effectively. Prepare training materials and user documentation to support the implementation and post-go-live phases.
 

·        Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to clients after the go-live phase. Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements or updates as needed. Stay up to date with new SAP SuccessFactors features and releases.
 

·        Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on project status.
 

·        Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing value-added solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
