About the Role

You will provide technical leadership for the delivery, implementation, integration, and optimization of FIS solutions within client environments. You will partner with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and stakeholders to solve complex business and technology challenges while ensuring successful project outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting, solution architecture, and delivery leadership. Success is measured through client satisfaction, solution quality, operational performance, and successful adoption of FIS technologies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead implementation and integration projects for complex client technology environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solution architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients throughout delivery and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementations.
• Guide configuration, customization, testing, and validation of solutions to meet client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications, platforms, and integrations.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership on technical best practices and delivery standards.
• Support client discussions, solution reviews, and strategic planning activities to maximize business value.

Required Qualifications

• Must have strong skills and experience in Systematics IM or ST product/application.
• Cobol Programming experience is also required.
• Advanced experience delivering enterprise software, technology, or financial services solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, software development lifecycles, and solution implementation methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and actionable delivery plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve highly complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or skills-based equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Banking and Deposits.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience leading global client implementations and distributed project teams.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $111,650.00 - $189,810.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
