As an Engagement Ambassador Associate - Multilingual, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Supporting risk management initiatives by providing advisory and practical assistance across various compliance areas
- Conducting risk analysis and compliance assessments to identify potential issues and recommend mitigation strategies
- Implementing compliance programs and frameworks to enhance internal controls and regulatory adherence
- Engaging in contract review and risk mitigation activities to safeguard client interests
- Collaborating with teams to develop and apply risk management solutions tailored to client needs
- Monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions policies
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform risk evaluation and decision-making processes
- Assisting in the development of governance frameworks to support organizational risk management objectives
- Participating in crisis management planning and execution to address potential threats
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a secure data environment through data loss prevention and data security measures

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the required language and English
