Department Overview

The Marketing Department's [Cross-Use & EC Group] aims to create customer experiences that make people think "Rakuten" when they think of golf, and carries out the following activities.

Operation of "Rakuten GORA Golf Shop":

Through the "Rakuten GORA Golf Shop" on Rakuten Ichiba, we sell golf equipment and share information to enrich users' golf lifestyles.

Promotion of collaboration within the Rakuten Group: We strengthen cross-use with Rakuten's diverse services to enhance user convenience and deliver new golf experiences.

Implementation of offline marketing initiatives: Through offline marketing activities such as events and promotions in partnership with external companies, we reach a broader audience of golfers.
