💻 What will you do?

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers with questions and issues related to digital products and services from a global tech company.

You'll:

• Help customers via phone, chat and email
• Answer questions and find effective solutions
• Use different digital support and CRM systems
• Work as part of an international team
• Gain experience in customer service and tech
• Take part in training and continuous development

You don't need to be a tech expert

Never worked in tech before? No problem.

You'll receive fully paid training, so you'll learn everything you need to get started confidently.

We're mainly looking for someone who is positive, eager to learn, communicates well and enjoys helping others.
