Job Location – Gurugram/ Noida/Hyderabad Reporting to – India CFO Span Size – 50 (5 DRs + ~45 team members)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Management: Lead the strategy for real estate acquisition and development to support the company's growth. o Evaluate potential real estate investments and manage the company's property portfolio. o Negotiate leases, property purchases, and sales agreements.
2. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of all company facilities. o Ensure efficient and cost-effective management of office spaces and related services.
3. Transport Management: Manage the company's transport services ensuring safety, reliability, and cost effectiveness. o Develop and implement transport policies and procedures.
4. Travel Desk Operations: Supervise the travel desk to ensure seamless travel arrangements for employees. Negotiate with travel service providers for best rates and services.
5. SEZ Compliance and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with SEZ departments for ID card issuances, asset management, and regular filings. Ensure compliance with all SEZ regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
6. Asset Management: Monitor and tag company assets to ensure they are safeguarded and accounted for. Oversee the retiral and disposal process, including the management of e-waste, in compliance with environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience of at least 15 years in real estate management, with a focus on facilities and asset management
2. In-depth knowledge of SEZ regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in managing large-scale facilities and real estate portfolios.
2. Prior experience in implementing real estate and asset management software’s like workplace management tools, RFID based asset tracking etc.
3. Understanding of environmental regulations related to e-waste disposal.
