We are looking for a Director – Program Delivery for our NA & EMEA market who will be accountable for leading program delivery and portfolio governance across the NA & EMEA region. This role will provide strong oversight across all active portfolios, ensure delivery excellence across client engagements, and supervise delivery heads and delivery leaders to ensure there are no gaps in program delivery, governance, client communication, resource planning, or execution discipline.

What you’ll do…

• Own and lead the end-to-end program delivery portfolio across NA & EMEA, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Establish and maintain a strong hold on all portfolios by driving visibility, governance, delivery discipline, and accountability across accounts, programs, and delivery teams.
• Manage and supervise delivery heads and delivery leaders, ensuring clear ownership, consistent reporting, proactive escalation management, and strong execution across all delivery streams.
• Ensure there are no gaps in program delivery by regularly reviewing delivery health, risks, dependencies, resourcing, financials, client commitments, and operational blockers.
• Lead portfolio-level governance forums with internal leadership and client stakeholders, presenting delivery status, risks, mitigation plans, key decisions, and improvement actions.
• Partner with regional business leaders, consulting leaders, sales teams, and technical specialists to align delivery execution with commercial priorities and client objectives.
• Drive standardised delivery processes, governance frameworks, quality checks, and reporting mechanisms across NA & EMEA programs.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, margin pressures, scope changes, and client escalations; ensure timely intervention and resolution.
• Strengthen delivery leadership capability by coaching, mentoring, and holding delivery leaders accountable for outcomes, discipline, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure effective resource planning, utilisation, capacity management, onboarding, and succession planning across the regional delivery portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance against revenue, margin, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion, delivery-led upsell, cross-sell, and value-added client engagements.
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple geographies, time zones, client environments, and delivery models across NA & EMEA.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery-related challenges, ensuring issues are addressed with urgency, structure, and executive-level ownership.
• Drive standardised delivery processes, governance frameworks, quality checks, and reporting mechanisms across NA & EMEA programs.

Requirements

You’ll do it using…

• Strong program and portfolio delivery leadership experience across data, AI, analytics, consulting, or technology-led transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-client or multi-region portfolios across NA and EMEA markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery managers, program managers, project managers, and senior team members.
• Deep understanding of delivery governance, portfolio controls, project financials, risk management, delivery quality, and operational excellence.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build executive-level visibility across delivery portfolios through structured reporting, governance cadences, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of revenue, margins, utilisation, contracts, invoicing, scope control, and account growth.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with the ability to adapt governance based on client and program needs.
• Strong people leadership capability, with the ability to coach senior team members, resolve conflicts, drive accountability, and improve team effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ownership mindset, with the ability to operate with urgency, structure, discipline, and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
