The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to help build Cochlear’s Medical Affairs capability and establish a more consistent, coordinated approach to evidence-based product communication. You will shape the strategy for translating scientific evidence into clear and compelling messages across Cochlear’s products, product systems and category, while balancing scientific accuracy with commercial priorities. • In close collaboration with key partners, coordinate publications, podium presentations, key opinion leader events and other evidence-based engagement activities.
  • Balance commercial priorities with scientific evidence to ensure external messaging can withstand appropriate scrutiny.
  • Help clarify Medical Affairs accountabilities and make effective decisions within an evolving operating environment.
