The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a significant business and process transformation initiative focused on creating smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You’ll work across business and technology teams to understand current processes, define future-state ways of working and oversee the delivery and adoption of new solutions.

The programme is at an early stage, giving you the opportunity to help shape its direction, establish effective governance and turn transformation opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

AI and emerging technologies will form part of the transformation, but this is primarily a business and process transformation role, not a technical AI position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme from planning through delivery, adoption and value realisation

• Understand current business processes and help define future-state ways of working

• Manage programme plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies

• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, risks and issues

• Establish effective programme governance and reporting

• Coordinate delivery across business, transformation and technology teams

• Provide programme oversight of technology delivery, partnering with technical leaders responsible for implementation

• Drive business change and adoption of new processes and solutions

• Manage and influence senior stakeholders

• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Programme / Project Management: Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes, including planning, governance, budget, schedule, risk and dependency management
• Process & Business Transformation: Strong experience assessing and redesigning business processes and establishing future-state ways of working
• Change & Adoption: Demonstrated ability to successfully embed new processes, technologies and ways of working
• Senior Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing, communication and engagement skills with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Cross-functional Delivery: Experience coordinating business, transformation and technical teams to deliver complex outcomes
• Navigating Ambiguity: Comfortable establishing structure, priorities and governance in programmes where the solution and operating model are still evolving
• Technology-enabled Transformation: Strong understanding of how technology can enable business and process transformation

Experience with AI-enabled transformation or emerging technologies would be highly regarded, but deep technical AI expertise is not required.
