The Role

Your role

As a Deal Maker responsible for creating large-scale IT services opportunities for financial institutions, you will target banks, securities firms, online banks, and government-related financial institutions, shape complex opportunities through CxO-level discussions, and lead the entire process from new customer development and proposal creation through contract closure by engaging internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

• Create new IT infrastructure and SI(System Integration) opportunities for financial institutions

• Understand customer challenges and shape large outsourcing contracts or complex opportunities

• Build relationships with CxOs and business leaders to develop opportunities

• Work with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to build proposals

• Lead new customer acquisition and expansion into new proposal areas within existing accounts

• Design flexible proposal strategies based on market conditions and customer needs

• Cover financial customers mainly in the Kanto area, with broader coverage as needed

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience proposing IT infrastructure or SI solutions to financial institutions such as banks or securities firms

• Experience driving large-scale or complex IT services opportunities

• Hunter mindset with ability to independently develop new customers, build relationships, and create opportunities

• Leadership to engage CxOs and multiple stakeholders

• Understanding of the sales process from opportunity identification to contract closure

• Experience proposing and driving large-scale deals

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience serving financial customers at an SIer or major consulting firm

• Experience winning multi-year, large-scale outsourcing or operations contracts

• Strong experience in customer development and opportunity execution

• Ability to work independently in a newly established or highly autonomous role

• Track record of expanding into new areas within existing accounts or developing new customers

• Ability to identify customer challenges and drive them through to opportunity creation
