Join an established Australian business as a Digital Marketing Officer and take ownership of B2C digital campaigns from planning through execution, optimisation, and reporting. You’ll work hands-on across paid media, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Mailchimp, GA4, SEO, and conversion tracking, using performance data to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and sales. This is an opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Build, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing.
• Manage campaign setup, including objectives, audiences, targeting, placements, budgets, bidding, and ongoing optimisation.
• Manage digital campaigns from initial brief through to execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance review.
• Build and manage Mailchimp campaigns, including templates, segmentation, audience management, automation and customer journeys, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve customer acquisition, conversions, and sales.
• Use GA4 and digital performance reporting to monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage conversion tracking requirements, including pixels, UTMs, and attribution.
• Support customer acquisition funnels, remarketing activity, and conversion optimisation across relevant digital channels.
• Support SEO activity, including keyword research and content optimisation.
• Prepare digital copy and campaign messaging for paid media, email, and other digital marketing activity.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide clear insights, actions, and recommendations.
• Manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets, and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience, with strong B2C digital marketing experience in a customer-acquisition-focused environment.
• Proven ability to independently build, launch, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns from initial brief through execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance review.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising, including campaign objectives, audiences, targeting, placements, budgets, bidding, and optimisation.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, including campaign creation, templates, segmentation, audience management, automation, customer journeys, and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, attribution, and digital performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions and recommendations.
• Good working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, customer acquisition funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimisation.
• Strong digital copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create effective campaign messaging for paid media, email, and other digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to provide examples of personally executed campaigns, including campaign objectives, direct involvement, optimisation approach, and measurable results; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign delivery and performance, while working in line with Australian business hours; previous digital/performance marketing agency experience, multi-brand/client account management, and experience in insurance, financial services, ecommerce, subscription businesses, or similar B2C industries are highly preferred.
