Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Digital Marketing Specialist for the Consumer Brands of 3M Latin America, you will play a key role in leading the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business performance across assigned consumer brands within the Consumer Business Group for Latin America. In this role, you will contribute by managing paid digital campaigns, always-on digital activities, social engagement initiatives, and digital ecosystem enhancements across websites, social media, social listening, product catalog content, and eCommerce touchpoints. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, shopper and channel marketing, consumer insights, media agency, content partners, and portfolio leaders to ensure that digital initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact across the consumer journey. One of the most challenging and impactful responsibilities of the role will be to connect digital strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization into a consistent consumer experience that supports awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention across Latin America.

This position will lead 3 contingent workers located in Brazil. This contingents will enable and strength brand presence across digital media, social platforms, ecommerce PDP's and website ecosystems to improve relevance and engagement in key relevant Latin America markets.

The impact you will make in this role

• You will close current digital performance gaps by improving consistency in strategy, execution quality, processes, and measurements across owned digital platforms.

• You will expand the brand’s digital footprint by strengthening presence across digital channels, improving user experience, and driving stronger consumer engagement.

• You will enhance content and eCommerce performance by developing relevant, personalized, and optimized content, including stronger product detail pages and content syndication.

• You will strengthen digital capability, prioritization, and measurement by enabling better media planning, faster execution, clearer governance, stronger analytics, and full-funnel business impact.
• You will lead three contingent workers based in Brazil to accelerate digital execution across Latin America, strengthening brand presence and consistency across digital media, social platforms, eCommerce product detail pages, and website ecosystems, while improving content relevance, consumer engagement, and market-level digital performance.

Your Skills and Expertise 

 To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or another related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods or digital agency environments, with proven experience managing regional teams.
• Languages: English (strong business proficiency in written and verbal communication). Spanish required, Portuguese desired.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Experience developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Knowledge of paid media, social media, content development, eCommerce, digital shelf optimization, and performance measurement.
• Ability to use analytics, social listening, campaign data, and digital tools to generate insights and optimize performance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders across Latin America.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, markets, campaigns, and priorities.
• Ability to connect digital marketing initiatives to measurable business impact, including brand awareness, consumer engagement, conversion, and sales growth.
• Preferred certifications: Digital marketing, paid media, analytics, social media, eCommerce, retail media, marketing technology, or project management certifications preferred, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Amazon Ads, Mercado Ads, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr.

 

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at Santa Fe corporate office, Mexico City.

Travel: May include up to 10% international / Brazil
