About The Role

The Digital Coordinator will support the day-to-day health and performance of the websites across the Journey Beyond Group of brands, improving visibility in search and AI-driven discovery (SEO and GEO), keeping sites accurate and defect-free, and turning website data into clear reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with Brand and Campaign Teams, who create their own content, to keep websites current, aligned with campaigns and optimised for conversion 
• Maintain and optimise website performance using SEO principles, and help adapt content for GEO (visibility in AI-generated answers) 
• Log, triage and follow up website defects in Jira through to resolution, and coordinate routine site hygiene and maintenance 
• Maintain the development backlog across brands in Jira, assisting with requirements, prioritisation, budget management and testing 
• Track, analyse and report on website and SEO performance, preparing monthly and annual reports with actionable insights 
• Work closely with Agency Partners to deliver value to stakeholders and guests, ensuring they have what is needed
• Support the onboarding of acquired brands into our ways of working and key strategic digital projects, and undertake general administration

About You

This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone with up to one year of experience through internships, study projects or employment in digital, web, marketing or product. Relevant tertiary study is advantageous, along with exposure to website management, CMS platforms, SEO, analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with WordPress, Umbraco, Jira or other common digital tools would be beneficial, but training and support will be provided.

You’ll be collaborative, service-minded and highly organised, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You’ll bring curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn, take ownership of your work and follow tasks through to completion. An ability to build positive relationships, manage competing deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment—together with a passion for travel and experiences—will help you succeed.
