Job Description:

Independently initiates and/ or leads Digital Wealth Management initiatives, channel strategies and research projects. Works closely with business partners in creating new strategies for Advisor and Client advice solutions such as financial planning, client reporting, portfolio analysis, and more.  May provide guidance to junior staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience related to wealth management business and financial services industry
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple deliverables 
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented with ability work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms
• Strong relationship building skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting an Enterprise tools platform
• Basic knowledge of the Agile software development process
• Experience with client performance reporting and/or financial planning, and how Financial Advisors deliver those services to clients

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
