Position Details

• Position: Dietary Aide
• Employment Type: On-Call
• Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to residents' dietary needs
• Set up and clean dining areas
• Deliver meals and trays to residents as needed
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
• Follow special diet instructions and resident meal preferences
• Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and respectful when interacting with residents
