As a DevOps - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development, operations, and security teams to facilitate seamless and secure application and software development. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on integrating industry-leading practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration of development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
- Managing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes using Azure DevOps Server and Google Cloud Platform
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software releases
- Overseeing vulnerability assessments and incident remediation to maintain system security and reliability
- Utilizing GitHub and GitLab for version control and collaboration within development teams
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system reliability issues
- Developing strategic plans for infrastructure as a service (IaaS) to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Mentoring team members in DevSecOps methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards within the DevSecOps framework
- Encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
