  • Prepare weekly status updates, monthly progress reports, executive briefings, dashboards, and other project communications.
  • Track deliverables, invoices, financial information, performance measures, and contract requirements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, decisions, risks, and action items.
  • Facilitate or support kickoff meetings, demonstrations, technical meetings, status reviews, change control meetings, and closeout meetings.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, government stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and dependent systems.
  • Maintain project records, work products, accomplishments, decisions, and supporting evidence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures, business analysis documentation, test materials, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts.
  • Prepare final project reports summarizing accomplishments, deliverables, open issues, lessons learned, and future enhancement needs.
  • Support project closeout, transition, operational handoff, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience tracking project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods.
