Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for Data Scientist interns for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
Complete high-quality coding and leverage commonly used packages & libraries to perform assigned technical tasks assign other assigned technical tasks.
Gain experience working with various types of data, including geomatics, telematics, textual data, and image data.
Technical skills: Python, NLP/LLM.
What you bring to the table:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a field related to data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or any other related field.
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2027 Term in hybrid mode (January to April).
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Summer or Fall 2027 following your internship.
No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
Previous internship or work experience in data science, machine learning, or deep learning is an asset; experience in a financial services company is also an asset.
Strong curiosity, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology.
Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
Self-reliant, with a strong sense of responsibility.
