Objectives
What you will do
Data Management
Supervise the data and information system to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data products (including but not limited to: reports, insights, analytics tools, models)
Establish & Supervise Amanotes data governance and policies
Facilitate & Communicate Data Visions and Strategies across functions & business units
Data Operations (Data Supports)
Anticipate the upcoming trends and business demands to propose impactful data deliverables
Supervise the pipeline to deliver data with high quality, timeliness, usefulness; to enable data usability, availability, and efficiency on the Information System (BI, Reportings, Dashboard)
Ensure Data Support Excellence in performing data ad-hoc requests
Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including automated pipeline deployment for model training, evaluation, and inference at scale
Implement robust monitoring and alerting frameworks to track model health, data drift, and performance degradation in production
Data Analytics & Insights
Define Analytics opportunities to support the growth of Amanotes
Develop the Analytics Capacities in Amanotes: Through Data & Data Science techniques, Mastering knowledge about our customers, products, and business
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field
3-5 years experience in a senior-level data management role
Experience in designing, managing, and delivering data solutions with a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery from ideation to R&D to production with multiple stakeholders involved (managing timelines, development, deliverables, and expectations)
Experience in managing senior stakeholders and communicating complex, technical information in an engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical understanding or enthusiasm in areas of BI, AI (Incl. Machine Learning), Reporting and visualization, infrastructure, architecture, and governance, are appreciated
Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence – ability to lead and motivate employees within the organization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
High Adaptability (quick-learner & able to adapt quickly with changes in high uncertainty environment)
Radical open-mindedness and radical transparency
Excellent verbal and written communication, in English and Vietnamese
Proven experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC) and implementing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning automation
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and infrastructure-as-code for managing ML production environments
High level of strategic thinking & critical thinking
Exceptional team management skills
Will be a plus
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Analytics, Data Scientists, or related fields
Working experience related to the mobile/music/game industry is a plus
Knowledge of Modern Data Stacks, i.e. GCP, AWS, and MLOps is a plus
Passion for Music (such as playing musical instruments and love to sing karaoke) is a huge asset
