About the role
In this role, you will focus on high-impact multimedia production—producing top-tier graphic and video/motion assets quickly and efficiently. Working hand-in-hand with Creative Production Leads, UA, and Product teams, you will translate app objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with music lovers worldwide and perform at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Planning for Store & Paid Media:
Collaborate with Creative Lead, UA, and Product teams to understand business objectives, audience insights, and campaign priorities for our music apps.
Translate creative directions into actionable creative hypotheses, communication angles, visual directions, asset matrices, and production timelines.
Graphic & Video/Motion Production:
Directly execute and deliver static ads, banners, campaign visuals, video ads, motion graphics, and short-form videos for UA testing and channel optimization.
Design store-related assets including app icons, screenshots, feature images, and promotional visuals, ensuring high quality and localization readiness.
AI & Template Integration:
Proactively utilize AI tools and templates to accelerate ideation, asset creation, editing, resizing, and variation generation.
Maintain high standards of brand consistency and performance quality through effective human review.
Collaboration & Performance Iteration:
Partner with Product teams to support social asset creation and operational needs.
Review basic performance metrics (IPM, CPI, CTR, CVR) with UA and Creative Leads to iterate on winning creative patterns.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Multimedia Design, Creative Production, Motion/Video Design, or Performance Marketing Creative (mobile app or entertainment/music industry experience is a strong plus). A strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video/motion work is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent).
Strong foundation in layout, typography, motion graphics, video editing, pacing, and storytelling.
Basic video setup skills (framing, lighting, recording footage) for in-house content creation.
AI & Workflow Efficiency: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and template workflows to increase production speed and variation output.
Mindset & Soft Skills:
Proactive, practical, and highly accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
Able to balance speed, quality, and testing objectives in a fast-paced sprint environment.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
