カスタマーサクセス・アソシエイトとして、Datadogをご利用中の既存顧客を対象に、トレーニング、導入サポートなどを提供しながら、確立されたセールス・メソッドに沿ってアップセル・クロスセルに取り組みます。カスタマー・エクスペリエンス（顧客体験）を最大化できるよう、顧客との信頼関係を構築して固有課題やニーズを特定し、利用拡大の機会を発掘して、Datadog製品の価値を伝えることに注力します。顧客のスケーリングを担うカスタマーサクセスチームにとって、個人の成長とチームの成功を両立させることが、最優先事項です。

業務内容：
- 小規模な既存顧客に対し、利用拡大できる機会を特定し、案件化する
- 既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルにおいてフルセールスサイクルを担う
- カスタマー・エクスペリエンス（顧客体験）の向上と、長期にわたる継続的な利用・製品導入のためのトラブルシューティング
- 既存顧客と伴走し、利用拡大の機会を見つけ、ロイヤルティを高める
- Datadogの社内チーム（サポート、製品チーム、財務・法務など）との部門横断的コラボレーション
- 既存顧客のアドバイザーとして、ソリューションが効果的に活用されているか確認し、サポートする
